MineTecandClaude Fable 5.1 cd88cc75fc required firebase_messaging 16.6 so AuthorizationStatus.deniedPermanently resolves 
The push code references the value since the platform upgrade in September,
but the old constraint still allowed firebase_messaging_platform_interface
4.9.0, which lacks it; a stale local lockfile then failed analyze and eleven
test files.
