added ios privacy manifests, fixed permission texts and updated the xcode project

Privacy manifests for the app, widget and share extension declare the
App Group UserDefaults access (CA92.1, 1C8F.1) required for App Store
submission. Photo library and camera usage texts corrected. Project
format and SwiftPM pins (Firebase 12.19) as updated by Xcode 27 / Flutter
3.47.
